Group Classes with great attendance available Monday through Saturday

Emphasis on practical, realistic self defense instruction

A fully systemized, laid out program. Our teaching methods are organized, in depth, and well evolved.

One half-hour private lesson per week for Self Defense/Kickboxing students

There are currently 9 Group Classes available for all members per week.

You are welcome to attend any or all of these group classes.

MMA members are welcome to train with/during Self Defense/Kickboxing Group Classes.

Lots of physical training.

We pay particular attention to your physical fitness, as good fitness reduces the risk of injury, adds confidence, and is important for effective self defense.

In teaching and learning self defense

Fitness, confidence, and discipline are key ingredients that we seek to instill or improve in you, our student.
